Background Story

In the darkest days of the war, when starvation stalked the land, it is said that some men turned to eating the flesh of the dead — and then, the flesh of the living. Perhaps that is the origin of Dampeer, a monster who feeds on the lifeforce of his foes, spreading terror before his tattered wings, his pants the only remnants of his humanity.

Dampeer instills terror within nearby foes, damaging and disabling them and causing them to run around aimlessly.

Consume

Dampeer takes a massive bite of an enemy's flesh, inflicting damage and healing himself for the damage dealt. An Essence charge will be added to himself if the unit is killed with the attack. If it is used to kill an enemy hero; at level 2 will grant two Essences, and at level 3 will grant 3 essences. Only 3 Essences are able to be sustained.

Mana Cost 100 100 100 Deals 200 / 300 / 400 magic damage to the target and heals himself for the same amount.

Each Essence he possesses will increase the damage and heal by 40 / 60 / 80.

If Consume is used to kill an enemy, Dampeer gains an Essence. You may hold up to 3 Essences. Essences dissipate upon death.

The More You Know

Essences are gained from defeating enemies with Dampeer's Consume ability. Each addition adds a boost to Dampeer's abilities.

Dampeer's passive ability Bloodthirst stacks with Abyssal Skull, any Attack Modifier, and hero skills such as Predator's Carnvivorous ability.
